Implement Reasonable Procedures to Protect the Security of Kids' Personal Information.

We are trying to minimize personal data we collect from parents or schools in order to protect the privacy of children. Any information that we review would coincide with a technical issue that needs to be resolved. Technical issues mostly deal with the program not functioning correctly for a client.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It?

WiseHeart is a multi‐user program. We collect the names and or emails of the educators or parents who have purchased and use the WiseHeart program as part of the registration process. Educators and parents will add users in the form of names, email addresses and the option for student identification numbers. We only access these names or numbers if there is a technical issue to resolve.

Google Classroom Data

As an option in the student enrollment process, we enable administrators and educators to import student rosters using Google Classroom's import functionality (API). This data is used for student identification and communication purposes and is stored in an Amazon-secured database. We assure that this data is used only for internal purposes within the WiseHeart program.

WiseHeart's use and transfer to any other app or application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who We Share Your Data With?

We do not share client data or user data with any person or organization. We will never give or sell this information to anyone.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data?

If you have an account on this site, you can request that any personal data be deleted.
